1) What is the total annual spend on supported housing provisions for young people

2) Please break down the following:

i. The name of each provider

ii. The annual price for each contract under each provider

iii. The number of units associated with contract mentioned above

iv. The cost per support hour for each contract mentioned above

v. Any planned savings associated with the contracts mentioned above

vi. The end dates for the contracts mentioned above

vii. What other areas of the council, CCG or Mental Health Trust provide funding to these contracts and how much.
