Hello I would like to make a freedom of information request in regards to the provision of supported accommodation services and outreach support services for all children aged 16-17 years old for whom the Local Authority has a statutory duty, including young people who are looked after, and/or leaving care and/or homeless and/or who are known to the youth offending service and/or are either at risk of offending, and/or the edge of custody, and/or released from custody.
The date period I am querying covers an 18 month period starting from 1st January 2017 – to 30th June 2018.
