Supply, Delivery and Fitting of Wigs (try #2)

The request was successful.

Dear Business Services Organisation (Northern Ireland), Procurement
and Logistics Service

Re: Supply, Delivery and Fitting of Wigs (Tender 17350)

Following your refusal of my previous request, on the grounds that the procurement was still live, I now understand that BSO has executed the contract and has therefore invited me to resubmit my request.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Please provide:

1. The names of all bidders
2. Their scores against:
a. Compliance checks
b. Selection criteria
c. Award criteria (broken down by Lot)

REQUEST FOR A PROMPT RESPONSE

This information should be readily available to you as it is a
recent procurement and would already have been shared with the
various bidders. I would very much appreciate a prompt response.
Time is of the essence in this matter and I respectfully remind you
that clause 10 of the Freedom of Information Act (2000) (FOIA)
makes it a legal duty for a public authority to respond promptly.
The 20 working days limit is exactly that: a limit, not a target.

Yours faithfully,

Mr M Gerner
