Dear University of Glasgow,

I believe the software supplier of the Student Lifecycle Project has had their consultancy contract for implementation terminated.

1. Could you please provide me with the relevant documents describing the reasons for the departure of the supplier and the state of the current dispute?

2. Could you please send me the current organisational structure of the Student Lifecycle Project?

3. What is the sum of all invoices received by the University from Atos to date, in relation to the Student Lifecycle Project?

4. What is the sum of all invoices received by the University from Oracle to date, in relation to the Student Lifecycle Project?

5. How much has Atos been paid to date, in relation to the Student Lifecycle Project?

6. How much has Oracle been paid to date, in relation to the Student Lifecycle Project?

7. What is the total spend to date from the original budget allocated to the Student Lifecycle Project?

8. How much has NCC been paid to date for the Student Lifecycle Project?

9. Please forward me all minutes of the University Court since October 2009. I am only interested in items related to the Student Lifecycle Project.

10. Please forward me all minutes of the University Senior Management Group since October 2009. I am only interested in items related to the Student Lifecycle Project.
