Further to your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act our response is as follows:

Sajid Hussain ICT Manager for Networks and Telephony
Ged Attwood ICT Manager for Systems
Chris Garratt ICT Support Manager

4 The University is responsible for securing 13 external websites.

In relation to questions 2 and 3 I can confirm that the University of Worcester holds the information you have requested. However, we are withholding the information since we consider that the exemption under section 43 relating to Commercial Interests applies. We believe that releasing the information requested has the potential to expose the University's IT infrastructure to cyber-attacks. Section 43 is a qualified exemption and subject to the public interest, section 2. On reviewing your request we are satisfied that the public interest in withholding the information outweighs the public interest in disclosing it.

I am obliged, under the Freedom of Information Act, to inform you of our complaints procedures in case you are unhappy about the way in which your request has been dealt with.
