Dear Office of the Advocate General for Scotland, Could you please give an update on progress on proposal for this initiative by Glasgow integration joint board. As of June 21st

'No approach had been made to seek legal exemption from parts of the misuse of drugs act 1971. That would 'allow' people to be in possession within the vicinity of the proposed premises and also protect staff/volunteers from prosecution. '

Office of the Advocate General for Scotland

Dear Mr Mcdade

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we are unable to help. The Office of the Advocate General is the UK Government’s Scottish Legal Team. We provide advice to UK Government Departments, represent the UK Government in Courts and Tribunals in Scotland and support the Advocate General as a UK Law Officer. Your request is not within our remit and we have no information we can provide.
