Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Please provide a copy of the summons sent out by the council for non-payment of council tax and the title and address of the court that issues it.

Please provide the title and address of the court individuals are summoned to appear.
