I need the following information:
1] Suicide rates for inpatients from 2012 - 2015.
2] Suicide rates for outpatients from 2012 - 2015.
3] Demographic data for these suicides (age, ethnicity, gender,
diagnosis of psychiatric condition, previous suicide attempts, risk
factors for suicide, treatment)
4) WLMHT's suicide prevention strategy
