Dear Mr. Youriev,

I am writing to advise you that the time limit for responding to your
request for information under the Environmental Information Regulations
2004, which we received on 23 May 2022, needs to be extended.

The Regulations allow us 20 working days to respond to your request from
the date of its receipt. However, it is occasionally necessary to extend
the 20 working-day time limit for issuing a response. In this case, I
regret that we must extend the time limit for responding by 20 working
days because of the complexity and volume of the request. Specifically,
due to the content contained in a number of the consultation responses,
the responses themselves will be subject to a Public Interest Test, in
line with the exception at Regulation 12(5)(e) of the Environmental
Information Regulations, to ensure that there would be no adverse effects
to the respondents commercial interests as a result of their consultation
response being released.

I hope to let you have a response by 20 July 2022.

If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me. Please
remember to quote the reference number above in any future communications.

Yours sincerely,

James Vickery
