Traffic Management: 1

3. Is there a central response to SARs or is it devolved to the departments involved?
-Yes, there is one for corporate and one for Childrens and Adults Services.

4. How many staff deal with responses?
-5 in the central team plus 2 redactors for Childrens Services. Plus any individuals from service who are required to locate and provide information.

5. On average how many hours are spent dealing with a SAR?
-25 hours for a corporate request on average. 50-100 hours for Childrens.

6. Do you have any software to assist with SAR production?
-Yes.
