1. How many Subject Access Requests (SAR) were received from 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017?
2. How many Subject Access Requests (SAR) were received from 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018?
3. How many Freedom of Information requests were received from 1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017?
4. How many Freedom of Information requests were received from 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018?
5. What database or systems do you use to log and manage Freedom of Information Requests and Subject Access Requests?

concerning Subject Access and Freedom of Information requests processed by
Avon Fire & Rescue Service.

 

Your request for information has been dealt with under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and I can confirm that Avon Fire &
Rescue Service holds the information falling within the description
specified within your request.

1. How many Subject Access Requests (SAR) were received from 1st April
2016 to 31st March 2017?  4
2. How many Subject Access Requests (SAR) were received from 1st April
2017 to 31st March 2018?  9
3. How many Freedom of Information requests were received from 1st April
2016 to 31st March 2017?  412 – this also includes incident report
requests and CCTV requests
4. How many Freedom of Information requests were received from 1st April
2017 to 31st March 2018?  699 – as above
5. What database or systems do you use to log and manage Freedom of
Information Requests and Subject Access Requests?  SAR = Excel and FOI =
Access
