Under, the above contract or the civil contract 2010 or 2007.

It states an appointment must be made within 48 hours in an emergency situation, if a caller called on Friday, and the provider is closed on the weekend, how could they fulfill there contract of 48 hours?

Under the above how long does a provider have to reply in full to a compliant? and do they have to provide there insurance details on request? in the years of 2012,2013 and 2014.
