Under the FOI Act I would like to request the following information:
1. Please provide a breakdown, for each of the last five academic years, including the current academic year, where a pupil has not attended lessons but remained on the school grounds. For each incident please provide:
a) Where the pupil was found (if this is recorded)
b) What, if any, the nature of punishment was
c) What lesson was being missed
d) The age of the pupil

Dear Izzy,

 

Thank you for your request for information received on 31^st October 2022.

We have conducted a search of our data and we do not hold the information
that you have requested. The school does hold truancy data, but this is
not separated into on-site or off-site within our systems. Details of any
individual case would not be released as any such detail could potentially
risk the identification of an individual child. To aid you further we have
included a breakdown of truancy data for the last few years, which is the
duration that our current monitoring system has been in place.

 

If you have any comments relating to how your request has been handled by
our school, please contact Nuala Fowke, PA to the Headteacher on
nfowke@colmers.school for the schools' complaints procedure.
