Student Lifecycle Project - on schedule and within budget!
Dear University of Glasgow,
In a recent article published by the Herald about the Student Lifecycle Project, see:

Mr Newall was quoted as saying: "....the system was on schedule and within budget....”
1. May I ask the University to confirm or deny that the original budget for the Student Lifecycle Project was £13.2m and the current budget for this project is £14.1m?
2. According to the original plan submitted to the Senior Management Group meeting of 17 March 2009, see page 12:
a. Go-live date of 15 September 2010 was set for: Campus Community, Academic Structure, UCAS Processing, Admissions Applications, CRM recruiting, Stu Fin Post Grad Deposit Fees/Collections/Payments/Invoices/ GL Interface and *Mod Research - on-line application - FA on line applications - Admissions UCAS workflow.
Please tell me which functionality was delivered by 15 September 2010?
b. Go-live date of 15 January 2011 was set for: Fin Aid Awarding, Fin Aid Disbursement, Stu Fin Undergrad Tuition Calc/ Payments/ Invoices/ Posting/ Accommodations/ Collections and *Mod SAAS functionality.
Please tell me which functionality was delivered by 15 January 2011?
