I would like to make a freedom of information request.

The request relates to student bus services and availability of coaches (not buses) available for vulnerable travellers on the Campus Bus Routes.

I would like to be provided with the following information,

The number routes operated by coaches (not buses) operating on a daily basis to bring students to and from the college. This should match the information provided by the college on the Campus Bus Routes and Times document provided on your website.

The starting point of those routes.

The number of PSVAR/DDA compliant coaches used on a daily basis to service the routes.

The number of students requiring the use of a wheel chair lift or having visual difficulties that use the routes.

A list (with operator names) of operators engaged by the college to supply student transport on a daily basis that have applied for a PSVAR exemption from the DfT.

A list per operator of driver names of drivers available to service the route. In order to avoid any data protection rules breach I am happy to received this information in a format that only provides initials of drivers or identification using a code such as driver 1, driver 2 etc.

A list per operator of drivers (with driver names and dates of training) having had training on the use of coach mounted wheel chair lift and associated equipment and vehicle destination equipment along with details of the type of training delivered, for example DCPC, MIDAS. In order to avoid any data protection rules breach I am happy to receive this information in a format that only provides initials of drivers or identification using a code such as driver 1, driver 2 etc provided the codes used match those identified on the list of drivers requested directly above.

Please provide the above information in excel format and limit the information to current coach operator contractors.

A copy (in the format provided to drivers) of the training documents provided to drivers in regards to the use of coach mounted wheel chair lifts, associated equipment and destination equipment, or if this is not available a copy of a course attendance record.

A copy of the college policy( in the format provided to contractors) in regards accessible home to school student transport. If the policy is available on your website would you please provide the link?
