Our health records team have additional responsibilities over records
management and therefore we do not hold Job Descriptions specifically for
this role

2.- Job descriptions and Bands for Access to Records/Info Gov department
staff

Access to Health Records - see attached

As we have provided the information that we do hold your request is now
closed.  We trust that this is satisfactory but if you are dissatisfied
