Dear Northumbria Police Authority,

I would like to know the name of the insurance company (and the Underwriter)who cover the force against 3rd party claims and a copy of the insurance policy, including all of the terms and conditions and ANY restrictions of the policy which covers the constables to drive on public roads.

Also can you provide me with the cost of this cover on an annual basis.

is carried out by a more senior member of staff of this office.

In the event that you need to make such an appeal, you can do so by
writing to Richard Hall of this office at the address given below. You
should state that you are appealing because an initial decision was not
sent to you within the time permitted. In that event, you would normally
have 40 days (after the original decision should have been sent to you)
in which time to make the appeal.
