information released in response to a request is regarded as being
published, and therefore in the public domain without caveat.

We have completed all searches within Cambridgeshire Constabulary and
hereby enclose your response.

Please find below the grounds recorded for these stop searches:

 

KNOWN MALE FOR THEFT AND DRUG RELATED OFFENCES OFFICER NOTED THIS YOUTH
WAS WITH ANOTHER TWO KNOW YOUTHS FOR SIMILAR OFFENCES.  ONCE THIS MALE
NOTED THE POLICE CAR PULLING UP  HE RAN OFF WITH ANOTHER OF THE MALES.

 

KNOWN MALE FOR THEFT AND DRUG RELATED OFFENCES OFFICER NOTED THIS YOUTH
WAS WITH ANOTHER TWO KNOWN YOUTHS FOR SIMILAR OFFENCES.  ONCE THIS MALE
WAS AWARE THE POLICE CAR PULLING UP  HE RAN OFF WITH ANOTHER OF THE MALES.

 

SUBJECT ACTING SUSPICIOUSLY IN HERLINGTON UNDERPASS.  ACTIVELY TRYING TO
AVOID EYE CONTACT.  WHEN SPOKEN TO HE PROVIDED AN UNBELIEVABLE ACCOUNT AS
TO WHY HE WAS THERE.

 

MALE WAS DOWN *** LANE ON HIS OWN, WHICH IS A KNOWN DRUG SPOT. WHEN ASKED
REASONS, WAS VERY EVASIVE AVOIDING EYE CONTACT.

 

WAS WITH A KNOWN NOMINAL FOR THEFT AND BURGLARY. IN A VEHICLE WITH A
DISQUAL DRIVER, DRIVING ***.

 

SEEN ACTING FURTIVELY IN AREA IN PHONE BOX WHILST ON MOBILE. CONSIDERED HE
WAS WAITING TO PICK UP DRUGS.

 

The first two arise from the same incident and circumstances, but relate
to two separate searches of different individuals.
