Stone Cross, Hall Green Rd Development, Waste Disposal Licences & Chemicals.
Dear Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council,
Please supply a copy of the full waste disposal licence SL57 issued to T&S Element Limited on 3/3/1978 by the West Midlands County Council for the site in Hall green Road subject to planning application - known as "area 1".
You are requested to include any subsequent amendments to the licence and also when the licence was surrendered. At one time SMBC may well have been the waste disposal authority for this licence before the Environment Agency existed in 1996.
Also include any waste disposal licences in your possession for the SMBC land referred to as "area 2"- Needwood Grove Community open space which forms the other part of the development.
In relation to the most recent planning application DC/16/59277 and request to extend time for completion, please provide all correspondence between the housebuilder/ developer and the council regards reasons for the delay, and what the difficulties surrounding remediation refer to- specifically which chemicals.
I trust that I shall receive your full response in a timely manner.
Yours faithfully,
Darryl Magher
