FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST
 
Thank you for your request for information received on 4th June 2018. We
have considered your request and enclose the following information
 
1. In the last 18 months how many complaints have there been from members
of the general public (excluding drivers licenced by Caerphilly County
Borough Council) have there been about taxis from outside of Caerphilly
County working in Cardiff County.

2. In the last 18 months how many Cardiff Licensed drivers have been
prosecuted for illegally plying for hire in Caerphilly County Borough
Council.

3. In the last 18 months how many drivers licenced by councils other than
Caerphilly County Borough Council have been prosecuted for illegally
plying for hire in Caerphilly County Borough Council.

4.In the last 18 months how many complaints about conduct have there been
about Caerphilly County Borough Council licenced drivers whilst working in
Caerphilly County Borough Council.

6. Finally could you provide me with the number of Caerphilly County
Borough Council school runs that start and finish outside of Cardiff
Council Boundaries that are undertaken by Caerphilly County Borough
Council Licensed Operators.
 
As all Caerphilly County Borough Council schools runs would start and
finish outside of Cardiff City Council boundaries, can you please clarify
if this question is correct or if it requires amending?   Once we receive
your clarification, we will consider this question and respond to you
within the statutory timescale of 20 working days. Please note that the
timescale for responding has paused until we receive clarification from
you.
