Statistics on Vehicles that have been towed within the last year and the costs/profits associated with this
Dear Hart District Council,
I would like to make a FOI Request for the following information:
1. How many vehicles have been towed from ALL Hart managed car parks in the last year. It would be preferable to have this information as a total and then broken down into 12 monthly figures (the exact figure, not the average)
2. How many vehicles have been towed from Gurkha Square car park in the period Feb 2014 - Feb 2015. It would be preferable to have this information as a total and then broken down into 12 monthly figures (the exact figure, not the average)
3. How much profit do Hart District Council make per each car that is towed.
4. How much profit has Hart District Council made from car tows per year for the last 3 years.
5. How many appeals/complaints have been received by HDC against towing charges in the last year.
6. How many appeals/complaints to HDC against towing charges in the last year have been successful and out of these how many were refunded partially, how many were refunded fully.
7. How many appeals/complaints to HDC relating to towing charges have been escalated to higher management in the last year
8. How many appeals/complaints to HDC relating to towing charges have been to a civil court hearing in the last year
9. How many civil court hearings relating to towing charges been awarded in favour of the member of the public in the last year.
A response via email would be preferable.

I sent a FOI on 9th March regarding 'Statistics on Vehicles that have been towed within the last year and the costs/profits associated with this'.
I have not heard anything regarding this request and understand that you are now breaking the law as I should have had a response by 9th April 2015.
I would appreciate it if someone looked into this for me ASAP.
