Dear IMPFOI,
I noticed that there is a similar request but it is delayed (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...). Please upload the data as soon as possible,I don't think it is difficult to gather the data from the test system.
Thank you very much for gathering the information,It is very important for my students.

Yours sincerely,

Robin Lee

Dear Imperial College London,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Imperial College London's handling of my FOI request 'Statistics on Computing Application Pre-interview Test'.
My request was acknowledged by the college on 2019.12.4 and should be responded by 2020.1.4 but till now (2020.1.14) I have not heard anything from the college. If there is any difficulty in making a prompt response to my request please tell me when can I hear back from the College with regard to the information I have requested for. Please remember the data should be split by specific courses(i.e. G400, G401, G501, G600, G700) if it is possible.
And there is an extra question: Is there a threshold score exists which decides the applicant will be given an interview or not? if so, please give out the threshold score for each admission cycle which is mentioned above.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

Robin Lee

Dear Mr Lee

Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request. I apologise for the delay in responding to you.

Please find below the College's response to your questions.

"about undergraduate Computing

Please find attached a spreadsheet showing the requested information, broken down by scores in bands of ten, for 2018/19 and 2019/20. Please note that the College does not hold any information for earlier years.

Please also note that some applicants who received offers were not interviewed.

In your email of 14th January, you asked an additional question.

"Is there a threshold score exists which decides the applicant will be given an interview or not? if so, please give out the threshold score for each admission cycle which is mentioned above."

There is no fixed threshold. However, you will see from the spreadsheet that applicants who have scored less than 40 in the test in the two most recent cycles have not been invited to interview nor offered a place.

If you are unhappy with the way that we have handled your request, you can ask us to conduct a review. Please make your representation in writing within 40 days of the date you received this response. If you remain dissatisfied with how Imperial College has handled your request you may then approach the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Kind regards,
