Dear Worcestershire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust,
1) Please provide details of the number of placements for people with learning disabilities that you have with Castlebeck Care and its associated companies as at 28 June 2011.
Your response should:
a) Separately disclose placements at Castlebeck Care residential care homes and placements at Castlebeck Care registered hospitals.
b) List the Castlebeck Care services where you have placements and disclose the number of placements at each of them.
c) Disclose in bands of £250, the fees that you pay to Castlebeck Care and its associated companies as at 28 June 2011 for each of the service users you have placed with them
A populated table incorporating the information listed below should be sufficient

Finally please explain your policy for (a) visiting people placed with private providers of clinical and or social care and (b) assessing the quality of clinical and social care the patients receive with that provider.

The Trust received a Freedom of Information Act 2000 request from you on 1st July regarding patient placements to Castlebeck. The Trust does not hold this information as its part of Learning Disabilities Services, which belongs to Worcestershire County Council.
