Please provide the number of fixed penalty notices, and the number of warnings which did not result in the issuing of a notice, issued during the last three years for vehicles running engines while stationary on a public road in the Council's area.

Thank you for your request for information about statistics for fixed
penalties for leaving vehicles engines running, which we received on the
3rd of October 2019.
I have now received a response from the relevant service manager and can
advise that the Council has not issued any Fixed Penalty Notices in
relation to such matters.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter and should be addressed to: The Monitoring Officer, Civic
