Dear Mrs Giggins,
Request for information: Statement of Common Ground

Thank you for your email received 7^th November 2018.

I have discussed your request with the Planning Service who have advised
that there was a mix up with the neighbouring appeal sites. The Statement
of Common Ground provided previously, relates to the nearby appeal site at
land South of Irish Hill Road, Kintbury.

However, your request relates to the appeal site at land North of Irish
Hill Road, Kintbury. This appeal Inquiry dealt with two alternative
proposals for 32 units (Appeal 1) and 72 units (Appeal 2) at the same
time. I have now attached the correct signed Statement of Common Ground
(SoCG) as requested, which also addresses both the 32 and the 72 unit
proposals.

Please accept my apologies for this oversight.

If you are unhappy with the way your request has been handled, you may ask
