Statement by Council Leader Mrs Brown on Regeneration applications not being welcome

I cannot access full Council minutes in 2014:

I am trying to locate a statement by by Cllr Mrs Brown that outside applications for the Regis Centre and Hothamton sites would not be welcomed by the Council. I have searched minutes so far as possible. Please provide me with copy of full Council minutes where this was recorded. It was either in late 2014 or 2015, I am not sure.

RESPONSE:

 

In response to your question, Arun District Council has identified two
Council meetings that fall within the parameters of your request. 

 

The first is the Full Council meeting on 10 September 2014.  Please find
attached pdf file the minutes as these are not available in the archive on
the Council’s website.  A public question was asked relating to the Regis
Centre and Hothamton sites in Bognor Regis, as Minute 208, question 3
confirms.  You can find the detail of the question posed and answer given
by former Councillor Mrs Gillian Brown, by the date of the meeting in the
Record of Questions available on the Council’s website at:

The second is the Full Council meeting on 15 July 2015.   Minute 96
confirms the item of business considered at this meeting on the
Redevelopment of Hothamton and Regis Centre Site.  No public questions
were asked at this meeting.  You can find the meeting documents from the

this is the only information held by the Council in response to your
request.    You would need to provide an exact date for any further review
