Thank you for your request for information, which was received on 19 June
2017. You requested the follow for the years 2016/17 and 2017/18:

 1. A list and the terms of reference (remit) of the stakeholder and/or
advisory groups/bodies that you manage, alongside the names of the
organisations that are members of these bodies.
 2. A copy of any meeting notes/minutes from these groups/bodies.
 3. The contact email for any organisation that wishes to apply to be a
member of one of these groups/bodies.

 

I have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(“the Act”).

 

The Government Equalities Office have identified that the Women’s Business
Council falls within the scope of this request.

 

In response to request 1 and 2 a copy of the information which can be
disclosed is attached, which includes the following:

* The Women’s Business Council’s Terms of Reference and;
* The details of the members of the Women’s Business Council. Members
sit on the Council in their own right but you will also be able find
the members’ organisations on the Council’s website

* Minutes from the Women’s Business Council’s meetings on the following
dates:

* 29 June 2017
* 7 March 2017
* 13 December 2016
* 19 September 2016
* 5 July 2016

 

Please note some names have been withheld under section 40(2) of the Act.
In addition the figures quoted in the minutes are a correct reflection of
what was presented at each meeting and therefore may no longer be current.
