Please treat this request for information as a Freedom of
Information request in accordance with the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002.
a) How many times was the website of the British National Party (all urls beginning
www.bmp.co.uk) accessed by council staff during the months of July, August and September 2009?
b) For the same periods what length of time was spent by Council staff accessing the bnp website?

Further to your request for information under the Freedom of Information
(Scotland) Act 2002 relating to the above I can now respond. Please
accept my apologies for the delay.
I can advise that the Council's system recorded 2 web hits against the
British National Party's website during the months of July, August and
September 2009.
The system does not record time spent browsing.
I have to advise that if you are not happy with the Council's response
then you have a right to request a review within 40 working days of
