Dear Sunderland Teaching Primary Care Trust (PCT),

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Sunderland Teaching Primary Care Trust (PCT)'s handling of my FOI request 'Staff Suspensions 2006-2010'.
I am suprised that you are not able to collate this information as suspension rates for staff is an indicator of both staff and management performance. Also suspensions need to be individually reviewed to make sure that the period of time for which staff are suspended is as short as possible, so HR should be keeping ongoing audit of this. PLease could you check with HR as they should be doing this. After all days lost to suspension are damaging to the individual, their colleagues who cover their work, the organisation, and it is a cost to the tax payer.
Thanking you.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Dear Mr Ballinger,

Thank you for your email which I received on 29/09/2011 requesting an
internal review of Freedom of Information request about Staff
Suspensions which was originally received on 15/08/2011. We will
endeavour to respond within 20 working days, however if the review is
complex or requires wider than usual consultation, it may be necessary
to extend this deadline by another 20 working days. If this is the case,
and your review cannot be completed in the shorter timeframe, we will
inform you of this.

Kind regards
