Dear Dorset Primary Care Trust (PCT),
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Dorset Primary Care Trust (PCT)'s handling of my FOI request 'Staff suspended 2006-2010'.
A response was promised within 20 working days. It is now nearer 60. Have you finished collating?

Dear Dorset Primary Care Trust (PCT),
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an investigation into the internal review of Dorset Primary Care Trust (PCT)'s handling of my FOI request 'Staff suspended 2006-2010'.
There was neither a response to my FOIA request of 12 August, nor my request for an internal review. By law I should have had a response within 20 working days in September 2011
