Dear Mr Franks

Thank you for your follow-up enquiry concerning staff access to the FCA’s
internal whistle-blowing arrangements.

We can confirm that the details of our internal whistleblowing policy have
been contained in our Employee Handbook since the FCA’s inception in April
2013. The handbook itself has always been available to all members of
staff through the intranet portal and a copy of it can also be accessed
through our website, [1]here.

Yours sincerely
