Spreadsheet General.xlsx for year ending 31/03/2019
Dear Conwy Town Council,
Thank you for supplying me with the schedules I previously requested from the Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Council held on 8th May 2018.
I refer to the "Copy of General.xlsx" schedule. The first sheet is entitled "Reserves". I am assuming that this shows the reserves as at 31st March 2018 with the budget for the year to 31st March 2019? I would be grateful if you could supply me with a copy of the corresponding spreadsheet for the period ending 31st March 2019.

As I believe I have advised you, I did not start in post until 31.07.2018 and the attached were drafted on the 01.11.2018. Therefore, regrettable I am unable to advise on them in any detail.

Dear Natasha Flint,
Thank you for your prompt response however these spreadsheets do not contain the information I requested. In the documents you provided in response to my previous request on 21/05/2020, the one titled General.xlss included a reserves spreadsheet which shows opening balances, the movement on reserves and closing balance for the year ending 31/03/2018.
I understand from the spreadsheets you previously provided that this is the actual balance as at 31st March 2018 with the budget for the year to 31st March 2019. What I am seeking is an update of the information contained in that spreadsheet, opening balance, the movement on reserves & closing balance but for the following year, with the actual figures for the year to 31st March 2019 and for the year to 31st March 2020.

Conwy Town Council no longer use the old format spreadsheet, we use an accounting system software that is tailored for Councils, so I have attached the above.
Howeveri If you would like to come to the Guildhall once Covid-19 has been lifted to look at the account by appointment you are very welcome to do so.
