Dear Bournemouth University,
I am hoping to gain information concerning sport at Bournemouth University, covering these two questions:
1. How many of the total students attending Bournemouth
participate in a University run sports club or team?
2. How much money does Bournemouth University put into sport
on a yearly basis. This includes academic subjects such as Sports
Science, along with sports clubs.
I would greatly appreciate figures from the past five years if
possible. I understand that your expenditure records may be held in
academic financial years rather than calendar years. If so, I would
appreciate figures from 2009/10, 2010/11,
2011/12, 2012/13, and 2013/14.
The figures should include the total number of students registered
at the University that year, along with the number that participate
in a sports team. Along with that, I would appreciate expenditure
figures that show the total amount that Bournemouth University
has invested in all sports programmes (degrees and activities)
during the academic year.
Thank you for your enquiry.
