Thank you for your recent request for information on sport and leisure
centres within Wales. We have considered this a request for information
under the Freedom of Information Act.

Specifically, you asked Sport Wales to provide:

• the most recent list of sport and leisure facility locations within
Wales including name and facilities available, organisation owner and
address including postcode (preferably in xls or csv format.)

We have attached this in an Excel-readable CSV format (attached).  Note
that in some responses, data protection legislation requires us to redact
personal information where appropriate.

Please find in addition a PDF copy of our full reply, including your
rights to internal review and appeal.
