Spending on "new My Account" platform

The request was successful.

Dear Haringey Borough Council,

On Wednesday August 19, the council introduced a new online platform for accessing a subset of council services (information found here: https://www.haringey.gov.uk/contact/my-a...) which required residents to sign up to the new service.

Can you please provide a detailed breakdown of any money spent on the My Account platform change along with, where applicable, the recipients of those funds (e.g. private businesses or individuals, council departments)?

Yours faithfully,

Mr Morris

Dear Mr Morris,

Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/10303320

Thank you for your request for information received on 22 September 2020,
in which you asked for the following:

On Wednesday August 19, the council introduced a new online platform for
accessing a subset of council services (information found here:
https://www.haringey.gov.uk/contact/my-a...) which required residents
to sign up to the new service.

Can you please provide a detailed breakdown of any money spent on the My
Account platform change along with, where applicable, the recipients of
those funds (e.g. private businesses or individuals, council departments)?

My response is as follows:

The ‘My Account’ platform is provided by Granicus and the costs are
published on the Haringey Council contracts register which can be found
here (2020-21):
[1]https://www.haringey.gov.uk/business/gro...

The total cost for the contract includes other modules and services so the
‘My Account’ module is less that the total cost stated. The contract cost
of £877,438 is the maximum amount for the lifetime of the contract and
Haringey Council are charged only for work delivered by Granicus. The
initial contract term is two years with the option to extended for a
further two years.

Other project costs are for internal staff costs at approximately £35,000
which would cover salary costs of staff working on the project.

The work on My Account is still in progress so the costs above are for
confirmed costs to date.

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the Corporate
Feedback Team.  (Please note you should do so within two months of this
response.)

Yours sincerely,
