I am able to provide responses to your questions as follows:

o I would like to request the information of the amount of money that
your College has spent on permanent, temporary and contract
recruitment through agencies when recruiting staff for each of the
following years: 2017, 2018 and 2019.

2017 - £17,037.85 

2018 - £22,765.51 

2019 - £33,555.43
