Further to your email of 30 July 2019, Wiltshire College & University Centre has taken the decision not to supply the requested information for the following reasons:
a) The Freedom of Information Act allows us to decline provision of information where 'it would be used by the enquirer to gain competitive advantage in the market place'.
b) Section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act permits public authorities to protect their commercial interests and those of third parties with whom they engage.
