I am under the impression that the Evening News reported that City Councillors voted against the use of “speed” cameras in October 2010.
However, these cameras are still in operation.
Would you please...
A. forward details of what the Councillors voted on and the result and the date.
B. forward details of what action was expected as an outcome of the vote.
C. explain why the cameras are still in operation in Norwich in the face of the Council’s opposition.
