On 1^st December 2020 Hertfordshire County Council has received the

The request has been considered under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I can confirm that Hertfordshire County Council does hold some of the
information you have requested and can be found below:

 

 We currently have two RTC platforms within Hertfordshire, these are
located at Baldock and Redbourn.  We don’t have any CAFS or COBRA systems.
