a. Number of CDT Contacts made for Triage of Reports/Referrals of Abuse of Children
b. How many reports were not referred for assessment (after Front Door Triage)
c. How many reports were referred for assessment (after Front Door Triage)
d. How many of those 'referred' for assessment , resulted in 'no further action' post assessment
e. How many of those 'referred' for assessment , resulted in a Section 47
f. Please list these results by: Number of referrals received by source (Police, Schools, GP's etc..)
g. How many Inter-Agency Reports/Referrals were made during the above periods
h. How many of those (g), were referred for assessment (After FD Triage)
I. How many were NOT referred for assessment (After FD Triage)
j. How many assessments on average per month is each Social Worker 'running with' during the above period.
h. Provide staff attrition rates between the above dates
I. Provide details (categories) reasons why Social Workers leave their jobs - 2010-2018 (Reasons provided during the Leaver Process Interviews)
