Currently SSC calls are charged from when crews are in attendance. This
will be subject to when the Incident Commander deems the Incident to be
chargeable which will be recorded on the agreement signed by the owner,
occupier or operator of any premises in relation to which the service is
provided or the person who requests the service or for whom the service
was provided.
