Sovereign House Norwich NR3 monitoring reports
Dear Norwich City Council,
I am preparing evidence for the upcoming public inquiry into the Anglia Square redevelopment.
I have been advised that there are monitoring reports on the condition of Sovereign House in particular relating to asbestos.
I have no idea what these reports consist of and how many or how frequently they have been produced.
In order to save on costs the most recent reports dating back five years would be sufficient.
If the latest report that you hold is earlier than five years I would appreciate a copy.
Yours faithfully,
Anthony F Clarke

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Norwich City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Sovereign House Norwich NR3 monitoring reports'.reference number PN7862784
The first sentence of the answer states:
"Thank you for your Freedom of Information request. I can confirm the information you have requested is held by Norwich City Council."
But the actual documents referred to in the later part of the answer are not what I asked for.
Please provide the reports on Sovereign House which you confirm are held by Norwich City Council
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...
