South Yorkshire PPE breakdown for May 2020

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Department of Health and Social Care should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Gemma Partridge

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

In South Yorkshire please provide a breakdown of who you supplied PPE to by date, the type of PPE it was (such as disposable aprons, disposable gloves, fluid resistant face masks, surgical mask with integrated visor, full face shield/visor) and the count of each of those items for the month of May 2020.

For example...
01.05.2020; Hospital name; address; fluid resistant face masks; 1032
01.05.2020; Hospital name; address; disposable gloves; 1032

If however you haven't been keeping check then a copy of the dispatch/delivery notes would be sufficient. We assume you keep some kind of record of what you sent to where in case there are queries later.

Yours faithfully,

Alison Gill
Secretary for Gemma Partridge
