Maria O Callaghan

Dear Law Society of Northern Ireland,

Can you confirm if it is considered by the law society to be lawful, or ethical for a Solicitor to act for a staff member?
Are there any guidelines on this to be followed ( please give links if yes) to govern possible conflict of interest?

Yours faithfully,

Maria O'Callaghan.

Maria O Callaghan

Dear Law Society of Northern Ireland,

Dear Paul O'Connor,

I do not agree that my request is generic,it is quite specific in fact.
"Can you confirm if it is considered by the law society to be lawful, or ethical for a Solicitor to act for a staff member? "
That should be relatively easy to respond to but you have proved no answers, no suggested links,or stipulated if you are subject to other Acts such as Data protection.
Please address points raised and return to me.

Yours sincerely,

Maria O Callaghan
