• Who is your current provider?
• When does the contract expire, and do you have extension options?

Invoicing:
• Do you have an electronic invoicing system in place?
• If so, who is the current service provider of this system?
• when does this contract expire and is there extension options?

Dear Mr McClean,

 

Thank you for your email of 2 August 2019 to Royal Museums Greenwich which
I confirm has been dealt with in accordance with Freedom of Information
Act 2000.

 

Please find below our response to your questions:

 

Finance system:
• Who is your current provider?   PS Financials
• When does the contract expire, and do you have extension options? 12
month contract renewed every February
• What is the value of the contract? £20k
• What modules do you use e.g. general ledger? Nominal ledger, Smart View,
Data Transformation
• What is your budget? £20k
• When did the contract start? 20 + years

Procurement system:
• Who is your current provider? BIP Solutions Ltd
• When does the contract expire, and do you have extension options?
18/02/2024 & 2yrs
• What is the value of the contract? £30k
• What is your budget? £30k
• When did the contract start? 19.02.19

Invoicing:
• Do you have an electronic invoicing system in place? Yes
• If so, who is the current service provider of this system? Soprano LLP
• when does this contract expire and is there extension options? June 2020
and we do have extension options
• What is the value of the contract? £11.5k
• What is your annual paper usage? we print approx. 8,000 invoices pa.

 

I hope that you are happy with the service you have received in relation

If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply
