2. When does each contract expire? 
1. Ocella - 31/07/2021, 2. Ocella - 31/07/2021, 3. Ocella - 31/07/2021, 4.
Civica APP - 31/03/2022, 5. Civica APP - 31/03/2022, 6. Civica APP -
31/03/2022, 7. Onyx - 31/03/2022.
3. How much does each system cost annually?
1. Ocella - approx. £40k per year, 2. Civica APP - approx. £35k per year,
3. Onyx - approx. £45k per year.
4. Are you planning to go to market for a different Software System? If
so, when?
The London Borough of Hillingdon is not currenty engaging with the market
for these applications - when ready, all opportunities will be issued on
our portal: [1]www.capitalesourcing.com.
5. How many users/licences for each system do you have?
Users approx. 60 needing a licence login and 80 plus without a login
required.
For each Ocella system - 80 licences each.
Civica APP - 75 concurrent user licences.
Onyx - up to 999 user licences.
6. Who is the person responsible for your software system(s)?
