Social worker disiplined by HCPC

The request was successful.

Dear Cumbria County Council,
Please could you inform me how many social workers have a caution against them from HCPC from April 2015 to April 2016?

If any could you give a full disclosure of the social workers?

How many social workers have been disciplined for falsifying records/reports or misled a child protection hearing?

How many social workers have been charged with perjury for falsifying records/reports and misleading records?

What is the name of the recruitment agency used by the social workers (not whom registered with)?

Yours faithfully,

M Sanders

Dear Cumbria County Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Cumbria County Council's handling of my FOI request 'Social worker disiplined by HCPC'.
Question 1 was not answered, as the question was - How many social workers have caution against them from HCPC?

Question 2, why not it is in the public interest to do so.

These questions were no answered correctly.

[As stated above there is no clarity on the answers

my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

M Sanders

Tweedie, Steve, Cumbria County Council

Dear M Sanders, I write further to your email of the 10^th May in which
you requested an internal review of the above referenced request as
questions 1 and 2 were no answered correctly.

Having now considered this matter I can confirm the following.

With regard to question 1 on your original request as to ‘How many social
workers have a caution against them from HCPC from April 2015 to April
2016?’

Response: No CCC social workers have a caution against them from the HCPC
from April 2015-April 2016.

With regard to question 2 of your request and providing a full disclosure
of the social workers.  I wrote to you on the 9^th June requesting you
clarify this request with regard to what you meant with regard to a ‘full
disclosure of the social workers’.  As you have not provided the clarity
required to allow me to consider this request I am therefore unable to
clarify this point as part of my review.

I trust the above now clarifies this matter for you.

If you are not satisfied with the council’s internal review you have the
right to appeal to the Information Commissioner (contact details provided
below):
