Dear Cranston, Wendy,

As I sure you are aware the term CCA is widely used by social work to mean community care assessment, going back to legislation as per the assessment process which came from the Community Care Act.

To clarify the information requested means anyone who has been referred to the social work department for allocation of a worker for an assessment of need

Yours sincerely,

Pete Simpson

Dear South Lanarkshire Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of South Lanarkshire Council's handling of my FOI request 'Social Work waiting times'.

As per previous communication still waiting on internal review. Made a request for this when the information was well overdue and also want to request review that some of the information is allegedly not held. Remain unhappy around the delays to provide the information including requesting clarification, anyone social work team is well aware what a CCA is and believe this was a delay tactic.

Looking for this to be dealt with as soon as possible as my initial request for internal review is already well overdue

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

Pete Simpson
