Dear Gwynedd Council,
I hope this request finds you at a convenient time.
I would like to make the following FOI request and ask that you offer as much of this information as you possibly can in the most transparent format and style you can use.
1 – All agencies currently supplying the council with agency social work professionals.
2 – The agency charge and pay rate for each social work professional currently working for the council.
3 – The number of all qualified social work professionals working on an agency basis for the council along with their grade and department.
4 – An organization chart for the councils social services.
