I refer to your request for information which was dealt with in terms of
the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA).

1. Who is your social media management and monitoring tool supplier?

2. Start date & duration of framework/contract with supplier 01/04/21 – 2
year duration.

3. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the
start of the contract to the current date - £13,000.

4. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which your request for information
has been dealt with you are entitled to request a review by writing to the
